How digital and IT specialists work together in the future is critical for every charity that wants to embrace the potential benefits digital has to offer.

This report is to help charities realise these benefits by exploring the experiences of the digital leads in some of the UK’s leading charities.

Prompted by increasing levels of debate in the charity sector about the roles of digital and IT, we look at how digital and IT teams can work together to successfully manage and deliver digital projects. We also look at roles and responsibilities, what barriers prevent charities improving the delivery of digital projects, and how these can be overcome in co-operation with IT to deliver the best results.
