When I read the results of our research into civil service attitudes towards a cloud first approach, there was an immediate and obvious anomaly. Although 77% of those surveyed believe that CloudStore is an improvement to public sector IT procurement, 71% don’t know if using G-Cloud would create more work for them and only 15% feel confident that they know how to use CloudStore!
