The presentation by Anna Clough (University of Leeds) and Peter Halls (The University of York) from the September 2009 ESRI Technical Event is now available to view as a powerpoint: Exploiting ArcGIS Licensing . The presentation looks at licensing ESRI and how to track who your users are. The event also had a number of other useful presentations, including the new features of 9.3.1.
