1st Line OpenAthens Application Support Analyst


We are looking for a 1st line application support analyst to join our team at Eduserv.

The ideal application support analyst will demonstrate:

  • a strong customer service orientation as evidenced by:

    • the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers
  • intellectual curiosity as evidenced by:

they will also demonstrate an interest in, or experience of:

  • working to SLAs and call management procedures
  • web technologies and how basic web applications work
  • software development or scripting
  • various web browsers and plug-ins e.g live HTTP headers
  • Linux command line

Minimum certifications:

  • ITIL Service Management Essential foundation certificate or working knowledge of ITIL

We are currently based in Bath, right outside Bath Spa station, with a move to Bristol planned for early 2018.
