Phil joined Eduserv in 2000 as a member of the Athens Service Desk Team. Phil is now the Relationship Manager for publishers of online content that use our Identity and Access Management services to connect to their client organisations in the UK and overseas.

Before joining Eduserv, Phil worked for the University of the West of England in the Enquiry and Admissions Service.

Phil graduated from Portsmouth Polytechnic in 1986 with an honours degree in Geography and worked for Royal Mail Letters, and then City University, leaving as the Courses Manager for the Continuing Education Department.
