A new Chest Agreement with Esri UK has been signed for the period from 1 August 2011 until 31 July 2014 for Esri's ArcGIS, an integrated family of GIS software products, used for building and deploying complete GIS : on desktops, servers or custom applications, over the web or in the field.. 

This agreement is open to higher and further education institutions in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
