The Eduserv Adobe Master CLP Chest Agreement has been renewed for two further years. This means that HE and FE institutions can continue to benefit from the lowest possible prices for Adobe software.

The renewal of Eduserv’s agreement with Adobe means that up to 650 Higher and Further Education Institutions and Research Councils in the UK can purchase industry-standard creative software at the highest level of discount for another two years.

Our original agreement, from March 2009, allowed many universities and colleges, irrespective of their size or the number of copies of Adobe software they required, to benefit from much lower prices.

Adobe produces products such as Acrobat, Photoshop, Flash, InDesign and Dreamweaver, which are widely used in the graphic and web design industry. Under the existing educational scheme, the Adobe Cumulative Licensing Programme (CLP), academic institutions could buy perpetual licences and maintenance at three tiers of discount based on points awarded for their total spend.

Under the renewed Eduserv Adobe Master CLP Agreement all institutions will continue to enjoy the largest level of discount regardless of their size or spending power – and with no minimum initial order. HE & FE institutions have greater flexibility and choice over their purchasing policy, knowing that they do not have to count product points or satisfy minimum spend levels.
