OpenAthens MD training: Bath

OpenAthens Administrator Training days provide the perfect opportunity to learn from our experts about how to get more from your OpenAthens service. These days, aimed at MD (classic) users, provide hands-on training on a range of features
By the end of this session, you’ll understand and be able to use the following areas and functions:
- Bulk uploads
- Administrator accounts
- User accounts
- Permission sets
- Shibboleth attributes & using OpenAthens with the UK Access Management Federation
- Organising and reporting (including statistics)
- MyAthens customisation
The day will start from 9:30am for a 10am start, finishing by 4pm. There will be time to ask any questions you have and discuss any areas of the service of interest. Refreshments will be available throughout the day and lunch will be provided.
When you arrive, come to the first floor of:

By train
Exit the train station, turn right and walk about 50m keeping the Royal Hotel on your left till you get to Royal Mead.
By car
Bath is 10 miles south of J18 on the M4 between Bristol and Swindon. When aproaching, follow signs for the city centre.
The nearest municipal car park is Avon Street. There is also the Southgate Shopping Centre, or you can use one of the three Park and Ride services. After parking, follow the signs towards the train station (black signs on black poles). Cllick the map above for details about car parking.
