Do you qualify?

Eduserv negotiates Licence Agreements on behalf of all Higher and Further Education Institutions in the UK.

In addition, many of our licence agreements are open to other organisations. For example; 

• UK Research Councils and some other government bodies.
• Republic of Ireland: Universities, Institutes of Technology, National University of Ireland Colleges, Colleges of Education, Colleges of Further Education and State Aided Institutions.
• UK Registered Charities

There are no membership fees.

You can find out if your organisation is eligible to subscribe by selecting the appropriate link on the left hand side of this section but please check each Agreement Overview to check if you qualify before ordering. Please contact help@eduserv.org.uk if you have any questions.

Associate Membership

A large number of agreements are open to Associate Members. This is a special class of membership which means that these members can benefit from the specially negotiated licence terms and conditions and prices for some Chest Agreements. Any organisation can apply to become an Associate Member as long as they comply with a few criteria. UK Registered Charities can apply to become Associate Members although they do not need to if they subscribe to the special Adobe Agreement only.

How to become an Associate Member

• Is your organisation significantly engaged in teaching and/or research?
• Does your organisation support Higher and/or Further Education?
• Is your organisation wholly resident in the UK?
• Is your organisation not-for-profit?

If you have a good case then we will accept you as an Associate Member – there is no membership fee but you pay for any licence subscriptions. However, not all suppliers agree to allow Associate Members to take part in their agreements or if an agreement was signed before you joined Eduserv, we will ask the supplier if they will agree to allow your organisation to take part. If your organisation qualifies for membership and an agreement is open to you then please submit the licence paperwork as described in the relevant Agreement Overview.Once your organisation is licensed then you must adhere to all the licence terms and conditions applicable to each agreement that you subscribe to.
