Software Licences

A Chest Agreement is a contract between a supplier and Eduserv, to licence Software to universities, colleges and other eligible organisations over a fixed period. Each contract includes the licence terms and conditions that are granted to the licensor when they subscribe to a Chest Agreement.

There are two versions of Eduserv’s licence terms and conditions. The latest version was introduced in April 2011 in response to changes in the education landscape and to make it easier to understand.
