The Eduserv Adobe CLP Agreement (Contractual Licensing Program) is a two year agreement for Higher and Further Education establishments and Research Councils in the UK, offering perpetual licences and maintenance for Adobe’s most popular products.
A standard Academic CLP Agreement requires sites to purchase at least 5,000 'points' of products to join and 100,000 points to achieve the highest level of discount – Tier 3. The Eduserv Adobe Master CLP Agreement requires no minimum purchase to join and all sites will enjoy the Tier 3, top level of discount regardless of their individual spend.
The Eduserv Adobe Master CLP Agreement runs until 28 February 2013 and sites may join at any time – you do not have to wait for your existing CLP Agreement to end.
You can see a copy of the Eduserv Adobe Master CLP Agreement.
Licence pricing will depend on your choice of reseller and the product(s) you wish to order.
The fee to join the scheme is £450 if your site joins in the first year (before 29 February 2012) and £250 in the second year, this equates to the likely saving made on three copies of Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection for a site currently on Tier 1 of CLP or two copies for sites on Tier 2 of the TLP Agreement.
There is a choice of resellers that the Adobe licences may be purchased through, they are all Adobe Direct Educational Licence Centres – the highest level of accreditation available from Adobe for their educational resellers. There is no requirement to use the same reseller for all your Adobe purchases but this scheme is only available from the resellers detailed here: Adobe Resellers.
