Sites eligible to take advantage of Eduserv negotiated Chest agreements

Eduserv Chest Agreements are formal contracts, almost all for site licences, with suppliers of IT products (software and data) where the staff and students of an Institution may use the products covered at no charge other than an annual fee.

All UK Higher Education Institutions and Research Councils may participate in these Agreements and most have been negotiated so that UK Further Education Institutions and third level colleges in the Republic of Ireland may participate. An organisation not on our list of eligible sites may apply to be an Associated Site but participation in the Agreements is agreed individually with the Suppliers.

Eduserv reserves the right to reject applications for membership.

Each institution has either one or two nominated Site Contacts - a Software Contact for Software agreements and a Data Contact for Data Agreements. If your contact details change please complete the Change of Details Form and return it to us. You can also keep your details up to date in the Institution Log in area.
