Eduserv will invoice Licensed Sites for the initial fee on receipt of a completed Licence (Schedule 4). Sites will then be invoiced annually three months in advance of the anniversary of their licence start date until the end of their chosen Licence/Commitment Period.
All payments must be made to "Eduserv" within 30 calendar days of the date of invoice.
Note: You are advised that because of the requirement for Eduserv to collect monies due before the anniversary date two charges may initially fall into one academic accounting year.
The master copies of media and Licensed Materials will be delivered to the Licensed Site by QSR when the Licence is signed by the Site and returned to Eduserv.
