• Management of maintenance agreements with vendors

• Full access to the platform via VPN and remote desktop clients
• Installation, support and maintenance of Windows Server in a physical or virtual environment, including hotfixes and patching
• Installation, support and maintenance of Kaspersky AV including hotfixes and patching
• Weekly full and daily incremental backups.
