User Obligations

A licensed institution must use its best endeavours to ensure that their organisation and their users comply with any licence terms and conditions. Eduserv provides a form which sets out, as completely as possible, the obligations of users and which can be used by licensed institutions to ensure that their users are aware of their obligations - see User Obligations.
