Travel Directions

If you are travelling to our offices, please report first to reception in Queen Anne House, before proceeding to other offices.
Reception is located just inside the main entrance on Charlotte Street.

By Car

Queen Anne House is situated in Bath city centre, just off Queen Square. The A4 and A36 roads run through the city, and the M4 motorway is approximately 10 miles distant (junction 18).

Please note that a 'bus-gate' scheme controls vehicular access to the centre of Bath. The scheme means that private cars cannot travel directly through the city centre. The routes recommended above avoid the bus-gate zones of the city

By Air
Queen International Airport is approximately 20 miles from Bath. The Bristol International Flyer express coach service (every 20 minutes during the day) connects the airport to Bristol Temple Meads rail station and Bristol bus station. The coach journey takes about 30 minutes with a return fare of £7. There are frequent trains and buses from Bristol to Bath.

By Train
Bath Spa mainline station is on the London (Paddington) to Bristol line. Frequent services run to/from London, a journey of approximately 90 minutes. Bristol Temple Meads station, with connections to the midlands, the north and the south west is a 15 minute journey from Bath.

By Coach or Bus
National Express services operate from Bath Bus/Coach Station to London Victoria and other destinations. First (Badgerline) runs services number 14 and 716 from the Bus Station (Bus Stop Bj in Dorchester Street - on the south side of the Bus Station and a few steps away from the Railway Station).

By Taxi
Taxis are usually available from outside the Railway Station or from 'Orange Grove', which is next to the Abbey.

Walking
The walk from the Railway Station to Queen Anne House takes approximately 10 minutes - or much longer if you are tempted by the city centre shops, sights and coffee houses!
