Licence Information

The ESRI Licence Form, Schedule 4 Part 1 consists of 3 parts

Licence Form – for completion by Sites wishing to purchase a new licence
Modification to Licence Form – for completion by Sites wishing to add to an existing licence
Product Order Form – this form should be completed and returned with the Licence Form or the Modification Form
