Maney Journals Agreement

A Site Licence Agreement for four subject specific journal collections from Maney Publishing.

The collections consist of bundles of two to thirty-one fulltext journals, and the four subject areas are:

• Materials Science & Technology
• Health
• History & Humanities
  • Archaeology & Heritage
  • Language and Literature 
• Botanical & Environment

Sites can licence the full collection of all four bundles - seventy journals in all - as a complete set, or take one, two or three together, depending on requirements. The Botanical & Environment Collection, though, can only be licensed in conjunction with another collection or as part of the full collection option.

• Licence/Schedule 4 - one copy to be downloaded, completed and returned to Chest along with a Purchase Order for the full fee made payable to "Eduserv".
• Chest's Standard Terms and Conditions of Use (Appendix A to Schedule 4 - General Licence Conditions).
• Special Conditions (Appendix C to Schedule 4) which apply to this Agreement.
• Chest's Code of Conduct , incorporating Appendix B to Schedule 4, the Copyright Acknowledgement Form.
