MessagingDirect Agreement

The Chest/MessagingDirect agreement, for the Execmail/Simeon Client and Server products and for the Directory Server product, terminated as of 31 March 2001.

Perpetual use of the products is allowed. The following paragraph is extracted from the Agreement Overview:

"12. Post Termination of Agreement Period

Provided that the Licensee has fulfilled all conditions of the Licence the Licensee may continue to use in perpetuity, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Licence, the copies of Product already distributed to end-users prior to the end of the Agreement Period."

No further technical support or upgrades will be provided by MessagingDirect.
