OpenAthens
OpenAthens is a framework of software and services that enables UK organisations to participate in the UK Access Management federation as Identity Providers or Service Providers, while continuing to enjoy the benefits of the current Athens service.

Currently, 337 Universities and Colleges have committed to subscribe to OpenAthens from 1st August 2008.
