We provide Managed Hosting Services from our secure, reliable and high-performing UK datacentres, making sure system operations, changes, enhancements and incidents are managed with enterprise Service Level Agreements.

We’ve designed our range of Managed Hosting Services to suit different business requirements and budgets. 

Managed Hardware: a support service for Eduserv-hosted server, storage and/or network hardware devices. It includes hardware monitoring, maintenance and service desk support to ensure high uptime; and asset management to help identify efficiency opportunities.

Managed Storage: provides support to hosted SAN and NAS. It includes availability and health monitoring, housekeeping, incident management; and performance and capacity management to ensure continual service improvements.

Managed Operating Systems: support for Eduserv-hosted operating systems to ensure high uptime and no data loss. It includes OS platform availability monitoring, incident management, housekeeping, patching, full weekly and daily incremental backup, anti-virus maintenance and service desk provision for incidents and change requests.

Critical Application Management: provides support to core application platforms including availability and health monitoring, backup and scheduled tasks, housekeeping, incident management, system patching, performance and capacity recommendations.

Associated services

Network & Security Services: includes management of your LAN and WAN connectivity and associated network appliances. Also management of firewalls, IPS appliances, log file analysis and security management to Government security impact level requirements.

IT Transformation Services: project and technical services to assess, design, plan and implement IT service and solution migration and/or consolidation from an existing IT provider to Eduserv Managed Hosting.
