We're different from other IT companies. Yes, we’re a leading technology provider to Government, Education and the Third Sector. And our products and services range from cloud infrastructure through to award-winning content management websites. But crucially, we’re a not-for-profit company that’s dedicated to improving the way public organisations use IT.
Our not-for-profit status means that customers trust us to put their long-term goals first. This trust enables more open, agile and pragmatic working, and has resulted in very long-standing relationships with many of our customers.
At Eduserv, we believe in mutual support and respect. Everyone has a part to play and you’ll play yours from the moment you join us. You’ll work on live projects, enjoy real responsibility and the knowledge that you’re making a significant contribution to our mission.
We expect individuals to excel. If you provide the drive and initiative, we’ll provide you with the skills and training you need to get your career off to the best start. Our previous graduate trainees have progressed to roles such as:
- ITIL customer and technical support
- Systems architect
- Business analyst
- Technical consultant
- Project manager
We believe in internal development and investing in our people. We’re small and agile enough to provide plenty of opportunities, so how your career at Eduserv develops is down to you.
Is this you?
A confident communicator
Effective communication increases productivity and creates a better work environment. We recruit people who can articulate their ideas confidently and understand that good communication is key to every successful project.
Innovation lies at the heart of our operations, so we look for people who combine technical skills with the ability to come up with effective solutions. We need individuals who love a challenge and are able to see past a problem to find the answer.
A natural collaborator
It's essential that you are an effective team player who is equally comfortable working with colleagues, customers or partner suppliers to create the right solution every time
A high achiever
To show you’ve got what it takes, you’ll need at least a 2:1 degree in computer science, engineering or maths and will have demonstrated your expertise in a successful technical IT project or role.
We expect you to be totally committed to your own development, and determined to make the most of all the learning opportunities we can offer. In short, we recruit confident, bright, articulate graduates who are looking for an interesting and challenging career in IT.
